This pattern contains two pincushions - one has a simple applique flower vase, the other having wording around the gusset 'simple joys make us most happy'. Using linen and sweet floral prints, English paper piecing completes these pincushions using 3/4" hexagons on the base of both, and on the top of one. Completed size of each pincushion - 4" wide with a 1 1/4" gusset. Pattern $11 or a kit (includes pattern, fabric, threads and 3/4" hexagon papers are supplied to make both pincushions) for $28.
